Yeahh, rabbit hole woohoo... :@/
While my Sims 4 Amagiri Sim got pleasantly satisfied moodlet after the woohoo, my Sims 4 Hajime Sim actually got embarrassed emotion; the moodlet he got said performed poorly, to be exact. Hmm... I suspect it's because of his loner trait that makes him tense whenever in public places with stranger Sims around - he did get the tense moodlet prior to the observatory woohoo - and hence, the performed poorly moodlet... ^^;
I guess no public woohoo for my Hajime Sim in Sims 4... (What a shame! I like public woohoo! xp)
